Brush Fire
Montgomery County fire rescue is on the scene of a major brush fire at northbound 270 between 495 and Rockledge at Old Georgetown Road, according to Assistant Chief Scott Graham.
Police are reporting that three right lanes of I-270 NB are blocked because of the fire department’s response. Delays extend beyond exit 33 on the outer loop of 495.

Cause of fire?…Smokers are regularly observed flicking butts out their car windows. What a shameful and dangerous inconsideration.
