Board of Education Meeting Postponed

The Montgomery County Board of Education meeting scheduled for today (Dec. 10) has been postponed due to weather conditions that have closed Montgomery County Public Schools and offices.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12. The Board will meet in closed session beginning at 1 p.m. and public items are scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. The public portion of the meeting will be held in the Board Meeting Room in the Carver Educational Services Center, 850 Hungerford Drive in Rockville.

A revised agenda will be posted on the BoardDocs site prior to the meeting. Members of the public who signed up to testify at the December 10 meeting are asked to contact the Board office on Wednesday (Dec. 11) at 301.279.3617.
