Blake High School Dominates Poolesville High School 42-6 Friday Night
The Blake Bengal defense established its dominance from the first moments of Friday night’s contest as they played host to the Falcons of Poolesville. When the Bengal defense pushed the Falcons back to near the goal line you knew what was going to happen next. The first two points (a safety) Blake would score resulted from a sack by #55 Max Tempchin. When Blake received the free kick from Poolesville they marched down the field scored a touchdown and a two point conversion. The tone and outcome of the game was never in doubt.
Scoring was led by #2 Sabionn Adams two touchdowns, and #5 Isiah Smith two touchdowns.

It will not be surprising if Blake runs off several victories as the season progresses. The next opponent for Blake will be the Screamin’ Eagles of Seneca Valley (1-3). Poolesville plays undefeated Montgomery County powerhouse Damascus next week.
