BlackRock Presents Robin and Linda Williams (Video)

Robin and Linda Williams perform Feb. 20 at 7:30 p.m. at the BlackRock Center for the Arts. This Virginia based couple are known for their rich harmonies and original songwriting blending bluegrass, folk and country music tradition. They have gained national prominence on Garrison Keillor’s “A Prairie Home Companion.” The list of artists who have covered their original songs include some of the greats of country music, such as like Emmylou Harris, Tom T. Hall, George Hamilton IV, Tim & Mollie O’Brien, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Kathy Mattea and The Seldom Scene. Appropriate for all ages.

Tickets are $25 and may be purchased at BlackRock Center for the Arts website or by phone at 240.912.1058. BlackRock is located at 12901 Town Commons Drive, Germantown near the intersection of Middlebrook Rd. and Route 118.
