Montgomery County Councilmembers Roger Berliner (D- District 1) and Nancy Floreen (D-At-large) welcomed small businesses to the inaugural Montgomery County Small Business Day in Rockville.

Organizers Kelly Leonard and Tony Spearman-Leach brought in experts who delved into finding resources for financing to best social media practices.

John Kolm is the CEO of Team Results USA and former intelligence officer. He was one of the attendees on small business day.

Kolm works with multiple clients including the federal government to create specialized training to build team skills. He says the ultimate goal is to improve team productivity.
