Bicycle Master Plan Kickoff Meetings Complete (VIDEO)

The Montgomery County Planning Department launched the bicycle master plan on July 1 and since that time planners have been hosting a series of kickoff meetings around the county to let the community know how they can get involved with a plan that will make recommendations to upgrade bicycle and pedestrian facilities around the county.
