Bethesda Outdoor Movie Series Returns Tuesday

The 14th annual outdoor movie series returns to Bethesda’s Woodmont Triangle from July 24 – 28, at the corner of Norfolk and Auburn Avenues. Enjoy five nights of blockbuster hits. Show times begin at 9 p.m. A limited number of chairs will be provided and attendees are invited to bring their own lawn chairs. Admission is free.

Plenty of parking is available in the public parking garage located on Auburn Avenue. Short term parking on the bottom levels is $1 per hour. Long term parking on the top levels is $0.75 per hour. Meters require payment Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. Saturday parking is free.

There is also plenty of metered on-street parking along Auburn Avenue as well. Please read and heed the meter instructions. On-street metered parking is $1 per hour.

The Bethesda Circulator also stops right near the event site. Hop on at any location in downtown Bethesda and let the Circulator drop you off right at the event site.

When a Federal restraining order attempts to put a stop to the exposé, Washington Post owner, Kay Graham (Meryl Streep) must decide whether to back down for the safety of her paper, or publish and fight for the Freedom of the Press.
