Bethesda Honors Hometown Olympians (Video)

The Olympics may be over but our local athletes are still the talk of the town. Three Bethesda-based Olympic athletes were celebrated by local officials and residents at the Bethesda Metro Center on August 24. Olympic Swimmer and Gold Medalist Katie Ledecky, Kayaker Scott Parsons and Rhythmic Gymnast Julie Zetlin were honored for their hard work, dedication and talent. MyMCMedia’s Sonya Burke reports.

The event was organized by the Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce, Bethesda Urban Partnership, the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center and Brookfield Properties.
