Berliner Press Conference (Video)

Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner met with the media on Oct. 15 for his weekly press conference. Berliner began with the Nationals heartbreaking loss and then talked about Council member Valerie Ervin’s proposal for a food recovery network, the bag tax, and he provided a short transportation update before he opened it up for questions.
