Berliner Discusses Issues with Trash Collection
Council President Roger Berliner met with reporters Monday and hit on three big issues:
- The continuing difficulties in getting trash, yard waste and recycling picked up in some areas of the county;
- The problems that led to the Dickerson incinerator fire in December; and
- And the possibility that the county would join other jurisdictions in suing the Federal Aviation Administration over airplane noise.
