Barclay Talks County Executive’s FY16 Budget Proposal (VIDEO)

In this MyMCMedia extra, Board of Education Member Christopher Barclay says County Executive’s recommended fiscal year 2016 budget “got close” to what the board recommended, but knows it will have a significant impact on MCPS. Barclay added there are options out there to “fill in the gaps.”
