Hogan Orders Flags at Half-Staff for Harry Hughes

Gov. Larry Hogan has ordered the Maryland state flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment (not yet known). This action is in honor of former Maryland Gov. Harry Hughes, who died on March 13. Gov. Hughes served as the 57th Governor of Maryland, from 1979 until 1987.
