Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett and Catherine Leggett hosted the 12th annual County Executive’s Excellence in the Arts and Humanities Award Program at the Cultural Arts Center at Montgomery College’s Takoma Park/Silver Spring campus this week.
The Leggetts presented awards to several extraordinary individuals and organizations that are making a difference in Montgomery County through the arts and humanities.
