Arcing Stud Forces Glenmont Metro Evacuation
Fire crews investigated an “arcing crosstie/stud” on Metro’s Red Line forcing an evacuation of the Glenmont Metro Station, according to tweets from Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesman Pete Piringer and Metro itself.
