Animal Shelter Launches New Barn Cat Program, Prepares to Clear the Shelter (VIDEO)

August is a busy month at the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center. The animal shelter has launched a new Barn Cat Program, and adoption center staffers are preparing for the annual Clear the Shelter event on Aug. 19.

According to MCASAC spokesperson Katherine Zenzano, you can save up to $150 by adopting a dog on Aug. 19th. Fees for other animals vary.
