Andrews on County Council District 3 Candidates (Video)

In this MyMCMedia extra, Montgomery County Councilmember Phil Andrews is asked what he thinks about the future of his District 3 seat. Gaithersburg Mayor Sidney Katz and Gaithersburg Councilmember Ryan Spiegel have both indicated they are running for the open seat. Andrews said it is unlikely that he will endorse a candidate in this race.

As Andrews noted, he is running for County Executive in the 2014 election and not seeking reelection of his District 3 Council seat. The primary is set for June 24.
