After “I, Too, Am BCC,” Students Plan to Produce “I, Too, Am MCPS” (VIDEO)

To highlight a pattern of racial stereotyping, Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School Students released a video called “I, Too, Am B-CC.”

The students also plan to produce “I, Too, Am MCPS.”

“They shared things that I was sort of shocked to hear. Things they seem to think as normal to me seemed the opposite,” said Sarah Mahony, BCC English teacher.

MyMCMedia’s Aline Barros visited the school to talk to students, teachers and staff about the video that sparked a conversation within the school and in the community.
