Affordable Housing (Video)
Affordable housing has been in short supply in Montgomery County for a long time. County Council President Roger Berliner, introduced legislation aimed at increasing the number of county owned assets and county projects that could include an affordable housing component. The legislation requires the county to consider affordable housing when improvements are made to county owned property. Take a look.
