Accident Snarls Morning Rush Hour Commute (Photos)
An accident on I-495 prior to River Road this morning (March 19) has backed up the Beltway and River Road. These pictures were taken at 8:50 a.m. this morning along River Road in Potomac. Traffic was near a stand still from I-495 all the way to Potomac Village.
