Two Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) students got a special surprise at school last week.
U.S. Navy Lieutenant Wilfredo Santiago, returning from a two-year deployment overseas, made surprise visits to Flora M. Singer ES and Newport Mill MS to see his children.
