You have heard a lot about the papal parade on Washington, D.C. on Sept. 23rd but did you know there will be a preschool popemobile parade in Montgomery County at about the same time?

That’s right. A class of three-and-four-year-old preschoolers at St. Jude Regional Catholic School will lead the parade for their school using a Little Tikes car painted white to mimic the popemobile. There are even flags on it.

According to a school employee, the young students hope to parallel the Pope’s schedule.

And who has the main role in Rockville?

That’s Maximiliano Hernandez, who’s been reportedly practicing his wave and blessings.
