A Hometown Voice
Gaithersburg’s Erin Willett is returning home to Montgomery County this month and she will perform an acoustic set in the coffeehouse at the Gaithersburg Book Festival on May 19. Willett, a former contestant on NBC’s The Voice, will also be a celebrity reader at the event. Gaithersburg City Council member Jud Ashman said he is “ecstatic” about the news and he noted the event, that he founded, “is growing more star-studded everyday.”
