Germantown Mom Promotes Pedestrian Safety (Video)
County officials are cautioning motorists and pedestrians to be more attentive to roadway risks. CCM’s Susan Kenedy reports on the efforts of a local mom, Gwen Ward, to educate all residents about those risks. Ward’s daughter was struck and killed one year ago as she walked to school on Oct. 31, 2012.
