A Dialogue with Montgomery County Police: The Children’s Inn at NIH (VIDEO)

On this episode of Dialagondo Con Policia de Condado de Montgomery, host Blanca Kling discusses the great work at the Children’s Inn and the teamwork between the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD), the AZAR Foundation For The Children of The World, and the Children’s Inn at NIH. Blanca is joined by guests Laura King, the Senior Director of Volunteers and Community Outreach at the Children’s Inn, Lt. David McBain from the MCPD and Shahin Mafi with the AZAR Foundation For The Children of The World.

Montgomery County Police motor officers collected donations from all six police districts, area businesses, and residents to purchase gift cards from area stores to assist families residing at the Children’s Inn.  These gift cards will assist families in purchasing food and supplies during their stay at the Inn.  The funds also provide gifts for the children staying at the Inn while receiving treatment at NIH.  To learn more and provide a financial donation , please visit the Children’s Inn at NIH online.
