The Sweater Set Performs at Strathmore (Video)

The Friday Night Eclectic series continues on April 26 with The Sweater Set CD Release Party in the Strathmore Mansion at 8:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $17, cash only. Advance tickets are $15 can be purchased online at Strathmore website. Maureen Andary and Sara Curtin wear vintage clothing, play ukulele, guitar, flute, glockenspiel, accordion and load their performances with intricate soprano harmonies. Listeners are invited into The Sweater Set’s joyful friendship as their songs play out like musically elaborate gossip about the perils of courtship, lust and heartbreak. Join them in celebration for the release of their new CD, Oh Visitor.
