“A Life Well Lived” is about David Carrier who works as Chief Economist for the National Association of Federal Credit Unions. His professional life is stressful and demands much of his time and attention. In this video, David talks about what he does to achieve life work balance including riding his bike to and from work, rock climbing, ice climbing, and paddling his kayak. He makes some interesting observations about teamwork.
