Cut It For a Cause (Video)

Bella Bethesda Salon hosted “Cut it for a Cause.” The stylists offered free haircuts to those clients who cut ten or more inches of hair to donate to Locks of Love. Locks of Love is an organization that makes wigs for children who are suffering from long-term medical hair loss. I also spoke with Emma Jones who has been the recipeint of two wigs from Locks of Love. She is collecting ponytails for “Emma’s Ponytail Challenge” to help more children get wigs.

Please check out Emma’s Ponytail Challenge on Facebook! Emma is collecting 200 ponytails for Locks of Love, if you are planning on donating hair, you can send your ponytail directly to her.

It only takes one haircut to make a difference in a child’s life!
