Maryland Flag Ordered to Half Staff on Feb. 26
Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the Maryland State Flag flown at half-staff on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from sunrise to sunset.
This is in honor of Former Delegate Charles Stokes Kolodziejski, who died February 21, 2013. Delegate Kolodziejski represented District 31 in Anne Arundel County from 1983 through 1994.
This action is taken under the Protocol for the United States and Maryland State Flag.
