IN HER OWN WORDS: Teen Flu Vaccine
As a teenager in 9th grade I have almost no patience when it comes to waiting for things, so when my mom told me we had to go get flu vaccines I immediately whinned and dreaded the long awaited lines. We got in the car and drove to Richard Montgomery High School and we were welcomed by a nice lady that opened the door and directed us to two other ladies who directed us as well. A lot of directing. We ended up in the gymnasium where we filled out brief paperwork for my brother and me. Right after the paperwork we got our flu mist vaccine. From parking the car to getting back in the car, it only took five minutes. Who can complain about that!” – Maggie, Wootton High School Freshman
