Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett was the keynote speaker at the first graduation of Montgomery College’s Clinical Trial Management course sequence. The 13-week course is a collaborative program between Montgomery College and Amarex Clinical Research (a pharmaceutical product development company) here in Montgomery County.
