Freeze Watch Issued for Wednesday Morning

The National Weather Service has issued a freeze watch for Nov. 3 from  2:00 am until 10:00 am. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

Freeze watch for Tuesday night expanded to include DC and Baltimore N&W suburbs and much of central VA. The first freezing temperatures of the season are possible in these areas.
