Scenes From the Montgomery County Fair, One of MoCo’s Great Traditions

Since 1945, the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair in Gaithersburg has etched itself as a a great local tradition and a must-do summer activity. Residents can’t get enough of the farm animals, monster trucks, carnival rides, and fun food.

After a year off due to the pandemic, the fair reopened on Friday, Aug. 13 and will continue through Saturday, August 21. If you have not had a chance to get out to the fairgrounds, MyMCM brings the fair to you through the lens of photographer Julia Nikhinson.
