Mass Vaccination Site Moving from Montgomery College Germantown Campus
As of next week, the Montgomery College Germantown campus will no longer be the county’s mass vaccination site.
County Executive Marc Elrich made the announcement saying the current venue will be suspended on July 2 before relocating to the Upcounty Regional Services Center (also in Germantown) beginning July 6, where first and second COVID-19 vaccine doses will continue to be available for residents.
Local leaders explain how data trends led to this decision.

Health officials say the vax site at Montgomery College Germantown campus is transitioning to a new location mainly because data trends show the number of people getting vaccinated at that location is not as high as it used to be. They say the site is "too large" now. @mymcmedia
