Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner opened the July 23 press conference with comments about the recent Pepco rate increase ruling by the Maryland Public Service Commission on July 20. He also answered questions about a variety of issues including the status of his tree trimming bill, accessory apartments, the upcoming Costco gas station decision and an upcoming meeting with Fairfax about transportation.
