Flags to Fly at High Mast

President Barack Obama has ordered the United States Flag and all State flags flown at half staff immediately. This is to honor the victims of the tragedy in Aurora, Colorado on Friday, July 20. The flags should remain at half staff until sunset on Wednesday, July 25. This action is taken under the Protocol for the United States and Maryland State Flag. Any questions on the above should be directed to the Maryland Office of the Secretary of State.
