$13,000 Worth of Apple Products Stolen from 3 T-Mobile Locations in County

Apple products, worth approximately $13,000, were stolen from three T-Mobile stores located in Montgomery County on Oct. 29 and Oct. 30 and detectives are asking for help. The thefts are believed to have been committed by the same three suspects.

The following is a summary of the crimes:

  • Suspects forcefully pulled products from security wiring out of the Apple product section on Oct. 29 around 7:00 p.m. This T-Mobile store is located at 18240 Village Center Drive in Olney. Suspects were seen leaving in a red four-door vehicle.
  • Suspects went to the Apple product section and forcefully pulled products from security wiring on Oct. 29 around 7:57 p.m. This T-Mobile store is located at 18008 Mateny Road in Germantown.
  • Suspects went to the Apple product section and forcefully pulled products from security wiring on Oct. 30 around 8:13 p.m. This T-Mobile store is located at 2800 (B) University Boulevard West in Wheaton.

So far, videos of two of the three thefts – in Germantown and in Wheaton – have been released.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about these thefts and/or three suspects to contact the 4th District Patrol Investigations Unit 240-773-5541.
