Canadian Native Votes for First Time in Montgomery County Hoping to ‘Make a Difference’

Montgomery County resident Ron Carnie, who is originally from Toronto, became a naturalized U.S. citizen in January, and on Monday, he voted for the first time.

MyMCMedia spoke with Carnie at the Silver Spring Civic Building early voting center.
