New Affordable Senior Housing Community Opens in Silver Spring

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich led a ribbon cutting at the Willow Manor at Fairland, a new affordable housing community in Silver Spring.

The community is for residents ages 62 and older and offers 60 affordable units and 61 units at market rate. MyMCMedia attended the ribbon cutting ceremony.
