Montgomery County Public Libraries Resuming Some Services Next Week
Montgomery County Public Libraries are reopening select services starting on Monday, June 29.
Book drops will be open to return borrowed resources, except Go Kits, laptops, hotspots, and Library of Things Music items. Fines are still suspended. Telephone services will also be available at all locations except for Noyes Library for Young Children and Long Branch, according to a press release.
To borrow resources, libraries will be opening contactless pick-up services starting on July 6. Customers can place holds online or through the phone and make an appointment to pick up the hold when it is ready. Three-week due dates will go back into effect with this measure, also on July 6.
Library branches will have adjusted hours, which can be checked here.
