With Summer Programs Cancelled, What’s A Family To Do?

The pools may not open. Most summer camps already have cancelled, and the sports leagues are trying to determine if they can operate. It doesn’t seem like a great time to plan a vacation.

This leaves many parents scrambling to figure out how to keep their children entertained and stimulated while, quite often, they are working and assume they soon will be called back into the office.

MCM interviewed Karen Miller of Germantown who has two children who will not be participating on swim teams, something they have done most of their lives.

Also interviewed was Matthew Shapiro of Rockville who has two young children who will not be swimming, joining sports teams or going to camp.
