Familiarize Yourself with the Touchscreen Voting System Before the Presidential Primary Election. The Montgomery County Board of Elections encourages residents of Montgomery County to become familiar with the Touchscreen Voting System prior to arriving at their polling places during the Presidential Primary Election, Tuesday, April 3.
