The Maurice Johnson Trio Performs at MCM

Music from the community: The Maurice Johnson Trio plays jazz standards from the Great American Song Book with works by artists such as: Billy Strayhorn, Billy Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Fats Waller, Nat King Cole, Sam Cooke and Stevie Wonder along with works from Ira Gershwin’s classical black operetta, Porgy and Bess.

The trios featured artists are:
Maurice Johnson on vocals, Ed Dawley on acoustic base and Terry Marshall on piano.
