Hucker to Speak at Beltway Town Hall in Landover
Councilmember Tom Hucker is speaking at a Beltway Town Hall on Thursday night at 7 p.m. in Landover.
The town hall comes weeks after Hucker lead a protest in Siler Spring regarding Gov. Larry Hogan’s plan build toll lanes and widen Interstate 270 and the Capital Beltway.
Councilmember @CmHucker, who chairs the Council’s Transportation and Environment Committee, will speak tonight at a Beltway Town Hall in Landover about Gov. Hogan’s proposal to widen and toll I-495.

Hucker is joining Rep. Anthony Brown (D-Dist. 4); Todd Turner, chair of Prince George’s County Council; Terry Bellamy, director for Prince George’s County Department of Public Works & Transportation; and Derick Berlage, the acting deputy director of Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s Planning Department.
The town hall will be at Wayne K. Curry Sports and Learning Complex at 8001 Sheriff Road.
