Police Release Surveillance Video from Sub Shop Burglary

Montgomery County police released surveillance images Tuesday of a Jan. 2 burglary at the Mike & Sons Sub Shop in Rockville hoping someone can identify the perpetrators.

The burglary took place about 1:40 a.m. based on video surveillance. The restaurant is a 5404 Randolph Road. An employee opening the restaurant about 6:30 a.m. discovered the burglary. Investigators determined the culprits had broken in through a back door and called police, police said.

Anyone who recognizes the suspects or has information about this burglary is asked to contact the Bethesda police district Investigative Section at 240-773-6710. To be eligible for a reward, tipsters may call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477) or enter a tip online. Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to an arrest. Tipsters will remain anonymous.
