Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner updates reporters at his weekly press conference about the Governor’s decision to select bus rapid transit (BRT) over light rail as the mode of the Corridor Cities Transitway (CCT). Berliner consistently refers to the mode as the “rapid transit line” and when asked by a reporter about if the line is a busline, he said, “we don’t call it the bus.” Take a listen.
