Ficker and Floreen Weigh in On Immigration in Montgomery County

During Monday’s County Executive candidate forum, moderator Tom Sherwood asked Nancy Floreen and Robin Ficker  a question about immigrants facing deportation proceedings.

Tom Sherwood asked, “Montgomery County has identified $370 thousand dollars to support the efforts to provide legal representation for low income immigrants and children facing deportation proceedings.What more should the county do?”

    Fascinating that the county government finds money to help illegal aliens , … but can’t to help veterans, overcrowded schools, relief for over burdened taxpayers , …. smh.
