County Council Committees Meet Monday

Several Montgomery County Council committees are meeting Monday. On the agenda, National Philharmonic update, County procurement laws, interagency pesticide use, and the bicycle master plan.

Below is the committee schedule:

• The Montgomery County Council’s Health and Human Services committee will meet at 9:30 a.m. to receive an update from the National Philharmonic.
• Also at 9:30 a.m., the Government Operations and Fiscal Policy committee will meet to review Bill 6-18, Contracts 0 Labor Peace Agreements.
• The GO and Planning, Housing and Economic Development committees will meet jointly at 2 p.m. to get an update on interagency pesticide use.
• At 2:45 p.m., the Transportation, Infrastructure, Energy and Environment committee meets to review the bicycle master plan.
