NWS Issues Flash Flood Warning for Montgomery County, Severe Thunderstorm Warning
The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a flash flood warning until 9:30 p.m. and a severe thunderstorm warning until 4:15 p.m. for portions of Montgomery County. According to the warning, thunderstorms are producing heavy rain across the area. The locations that may experience storms and flooding are White Oak, Takoma Park, and Silver Spring.
Remember, turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads.
