Police Arrest 4 for Rape of 19-Year-Old in White Oak

Four men have been charged in connection with a March 28 rape of a 19-year-old woman in a White Oak home, Montgomery County police said in a statement.

According to police, the men charged are:

• Martin Moise Chery, 21, of the 11400 block of Lockwood Drive in White Oak;
• Jordan W. Cobbs, 20, of the 100 block of Applegrove Road in Silver Spring;
• Tombong S. Saidy, 18, of the 3500 block of Farthing Drive in Wheaton; and
• Mike Rolsky Antoine, 22, of the 11400 block of Lockwood Drive in White Oak.

Chery, Cobbs and Saidy were charged April 7 with rape, police said.

Antoine was charged Friday with first-degree rape, second-degree rape and conspiracy to commit rape, police said.

According to police, the victim told investigators she was playing dominoes with five men inside an apartment in the 11400 block of Lockwood Drive. Everyone had been drinking, and she went into a bedroom to lie down, police said.

Then, Chery, Saidy, Cobb, Antoine and a fifth man entered the bedroom, each raping the woman, police said.

The victim was taken to MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in Olney, where police were contacted.

All four men are being held without bail. Each was charged with first- and second-degree rape and conspiracy to commit rape charges, according to online court records. Chery also faces an assault charge, police said.
