Charles Barkley (D) Discusses School Overcrowding and Persistent Achievement Gap
Montgomery County Council At-Large candidate Charles Barkley fielded questions from members of three development groups at a forum held in Rockville on Jan. 24. Barkley responds to a question about what he would do to help ease school overcrowding and close the achievement gap.
Barkley gives a rebuttal to a follow up question dealing with school overcrowding and persistent achievement gap:
The three organizations that hosted the forum were the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, the Maryland Building Industry Association, and the Apartment and Office Building Association.
The five candidates were Marilyn Balcombe, Charles Barkley, Loretta Jean Garcia, Seth Grimes, and Ashwani Jain.
